CCA

The Coastal Conservation Association or CCA, a non- profit organization, is comprised of 17 coastal state chapters Maine to Washington and down to Texas. Since 1984, CCA has been active in virtually every national fisheries debate with a goal of conservation and restoration of our coastal marine resources. RedRum Sportfishing has been involved with CCA since 2007, donating annually to local chapters throughout Texas and Louisiana in an effort to raise funds for what we feel is a very important cause. “Wanna’ Go Fishing?” presented by West Marine, is an innovative ESPN television show that brings reality-based programming into the outdoor genre. RedRum Sportfishing was selected as one of the first sport fishing companies for the launch of this show. The episode aired in April 2007 and was filmed aboard El Nuevo RedRum during the world’s richest fishing tournament, “The Bisbee Black and Blue.”
